Top Android Applications with less than 800 million users install the Android 'fleeceware' application from the Play Store

A Security Researcher from Sophos said they had found a new set of "software" applications that appeared to have been downloaded and installed by more than 800 million Android users.

The term fleeceware is a recent addition to cyber security jargon. It was created by the British cyber security company Sophos last September, denying that it found a new type of fund on the official Google Play Store.

This is an application that supports Android applications for a trial period before purchasing an application to the user.

But last year, Sophos found that some Android apps didn't need a trial period and they didn't receive special requests from users.

Sophos researchers call this application "tableware."

However, most users only install applications that they don't like.

In a report published yesterday, Sophos said they found another set of Android "fleeceware" applications that continued to misuse trial applications to charge users after they uninstalled the application.
